Doctor. Yetholm Surgery is located in Deanfield Place, Town Yetholm. It is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Appointments can be booked by phoning the Kelso Medical practice on 01573 224424. The out of hours telephone number is 08454 242424.
The Kelso Health Centre is open from 8.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Buses. There is no bus service between Yetholm and Berwick-upon-Tweed. There is, though, a regular service between Yetholm and Kelso, from where a bus to Berwick and other destination can be caught.The timetable can be found by visiting the Traveline Scotland website. Scottish Borders Council. The SBC website can be found here. Currently waste bins are collected fortnightly, blue-lidded recycle bins on a Friday and household waste bins on the following Monday. There is a bottle bank located next to Town Yetholm playing field - see map.

Post Office. The post office is located in the Village Shop., on the village green of Town Yetholm.

Shop Opening Times.
Yetholm Village Shop - Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. Saturday 7am to 5pm. Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Lees Butchers - Monday 8am to 12.30. Tuesday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturday - 8am to 12noon. Sunday - closed.

Mobile Library - The SBC mobile library visits fortnightly, on a Tuesday afternoon. It stops at four places in Yetholm: Kirk Yetholm, The Green,10.55-12.00pm; Town Yetholm, High Street, 1pm-2.25pm; Town Yetholm, Cheviot Road, 2.30-3.00pm; Town Yetholm, Deanfield Court, 3.00-3.30pm.

Yetholm Walking Guides
There is a series of informative walks available from the village shop, caravan site and local accommodation. There are ten walks, all starting from the village which vary in length from 1.5 miles to 9 miles. The grading is mild to strenuous.
