The Village Shop enjoys a central position in
the beautiful village of Town Yetholm and just a short walk away
from the historic, scenic village of Kirk Yetholm. The two villages
combined are more simply known as Yetholm.
The shop overlooks the village 'Green' which has a wonderful backdrop of the nearby Cheviot Hills, particularly 'Staerough' which looms majestically over the village. The shop has two benches at the front where both visitors and local residents can stop to admire the view, take a rest or enjoy an ice-cream, coffee or sandwich. |

out 'Al Fresco' at Yetholm The village Green in front of the shop features benches and picnic-tables for all to use. The shop will be happy to provide you with a picnic-lunch. We have an excellent selection of filled rolls, freshly made on the premises, freshly brewed filter coffee or tea and various soft drinks and ice-creams. Why not try the famous locally made, Doddington ice-cream or a sample from their award winning range of cheeses. We are also happy to provide packed lunches for walkers and ramblers. |

Village Shop for all your Provisions If you are planning a visit to Yetholm, you can telephone us in advance and we can have your order ready for arrival. We can supply freshly baked rolls and bread, butter, milk, fresh vegetables and fruit. We also feature a selection of popular frozen foods and ready-made meals, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals and some mouth watering cakes and biscuits - many of which are special to Scotland. You will also be able to find speciality pickles, jams and oils on our well stocked shelves. Becoming increasingly popular is our wines section, with fine wines to suit all tastes - many of which feature regularly in our 'Offers of the Week'. In fact, we are able to provide everything you may need for your stay in the village. Just to make your visit even more relaxing, don't forget to order your daily newspaper and favourite magazines. |

Currently on sale in our gift section are scarves, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, local pottery, soap, candles, albums, photograph frames and much, much more. We also carry a large stock of greetings cards for every ocassion. |
